Dec 25, 20191 min read

Non-small cell lung cancer accounts for up to 85% of all lung cancer cases1 and is the leading cause of cancer death in Vietnam2. Detection of EGFR mutations plays an important role in diagnosis and treatment3.

Through the seminar, with the participation and professional input of clinicians and guests from various specialties of Vinmec Central Park International Hospital - Ho Chi Minh City, important new insights were drawn on the application of EGFR and cfEGFR gene mutation testing in the diagnosis and targeted therapy of non-small cell lung cancer.
