Market ⁠Expansion

Nationwide and Southeast Asian coverage

  • Develop distribution channels across all 63 provinces and cities, with a particular focus on Central Vietnam and the Central Highlands.
  • Expand into veterinary testing, food safety, and environmental monitoring in industrial zones.
  • Establish distribution partnerships in Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar during 2026–2028.

R&D ⁠Investment

Collaborative development of domestic IVD products

  • Collaborate with domestic and international research institutes to develop IVD test kits tailored to Vietnam’s epidemiological needs.
  • Invest in an ISO 17025-compliant validation laboratory to independently validate products before distribution.
  • Target: Bring at least five “Made in Vietnam” products to markets across the ASEAN region by 2030.

Human Resource ⁠Development

Building an international-standard engineering team

  • Send engineers for advanced technical training at partner manufacturers in Italy, Japan, and South Korea,
  • with the goal of obtaining internationally recognized certifications.
  • Establish Viet Huy Academy as an in-house training institute with structured programs for employees and customers.
  • Maintain a company-wide rate of at least 80% of employees holding technical certifications from manufacturers.

Comprehensive ⁠Digitalization

Smart laboratory management platform

  • Develop a LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) platform integrating equipment from multiple manufacturers.
  • Launch an online B2B customer portal: ordering, technical lookup and 24/7 maintenance requests.
  • Apply AI and Machine Learning to support test data analysis and consumables demand forecasting.
