Thanks to a highly qualified and experienced team of doctors and healthcare staff, the technology transfer session went extremely smoothly. During the session, the Ca Mau CDC team performed the entire IVD workflow from sample to result, including:
- - DNA/RNA extraction using the InviMag Universal Kit/KF96 (Invitek).
- - Detection and genotyping of dengue virus using Dengue Real-TM Genotype (Sacace).
The InviMag Universal Kit/KF96 is a multi-source extraction solution that simultaneously isolates genomic DNA, bacterial DNA and viral DNA/RNA using magnetic bead technology.
