Semi-quantitative TREC DNA test kit for newborn screening of severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID) using the qPCR technique
SPOT-it™ Screening Kits use the qPCR technique, in which the target DNA sequence is amplified through cycles of different temperature steps and the amplification is monitored in each cycle by a fluorescence signal.
All reagents required for the test procedure are prepackaged and predispensed in the plates, ready to use without any mixing step.
The reagent kit is sufficient for 384 reactions/ kit, including standards, samples and controls (324 tests/kit)
