For RT-PCR, choose 3247-40 with white tubes and optically clear flat caps. A unique two-step process creates the perfect environment for consistent, reliable qPCR performance. The white wells provide enhanced fluorescence reflection, and the optically clear caps ensure that the fluorescence signal is unobstructed.
