DNA/RNA Prep NA is used for the extraction and purification of total RNA/DNA from clinical
materials (whole blood, plasma, serum, nasal and throat swabs, saliva, urine, semen, prostatic fluid, cerebrospinal fluid, epithelial cells from the posterior pharyngeal wall, urethra, cervical and vaginal swabs, stool). The nucleic acids are used for applications such as DNA sequencing, RT-PCR or any type of enzymatic application.
