The Real-time PCR test kit for detecting HLA-B27 plays an important role in the diagnosis and monitoring support of autoimmune diseases.
Supports the diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis, a chronic inflammatory disease that mainly affects the spine and the sacroiliac joints.
The test enables rapid and accurate detection of the presence of HLA-B27 in blood samples, with high sensitivity and specificity, shortening diagnosis time compared with traditional methods such as serological testing or sequencing.
HLA-B27 testing not only helps guide the diagnosis of diseases in the spondyloarthritis group but is also valuable for assessing risk in people with a family history of autoimmune disease.
